We all have goals…don’t we??
A fundamental part of my coaching involves working with my clients to set goals. Often this can be a bit of a stretch!
When I ask what their goal is, I often get a to-do list or some mumbled dreams about what they would like to happen.
So what if you were able to dig deeper than this, to see yourself in the future having achieved your goals? What if you could write down your desired positive outcome as if it had already has happened? How great would that feel and what do you think it would do to your chances of achieving that goal if you felt that you already had?
In this months meet up group we will be following on from the first session where we worked on removing limiting beliefs to set some really positive outcomes. You may want to set business goals, relationship or health goals, financial goals or fitness goals and it all seems overwhelming. Well, the thing is, all of these are the positive outcomes of achieving the life that you want, the one you have set out to get!
We will be looking at how we can create ecological goals that look at every area of your life, remove the obstacles that prevent you from succeeding and you will leave with the first draft of your life goal written down – maybe for the first time!
Everyone who attends will also be able to complete a Motivational Map to help them understand just what it is that motivates them at a core level.
So come along and set your goals to achieve your positive outcomes and take the first steps towards fulfillment and self-development.
