Coach House Hub & Mindspa Present: Introduction to series… With special talk from The Lighthouse Tour
This event will introduce a brand new series of workshops that will run every two weeks over the course of several months leading up to December.
Some of the topics include: anxiety, Anger management, Setting Goals, Suicide, Relationships, Public Speaking, Meditation, Mindset, Phobias & more yet to be announced.
We will also have a guest talk from The Lighthouse Tour. to discuss what they achieved earlier this year. see below for what the lighthouse tour is all about.
